Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Process for Returns

• Contact us at info@birdielight.org to initiate a return.
• Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

Exchange Policy

2. Processing Exchanges:
   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your exchange.
   • If the new item(s) requested are of a different price, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment before shipping the exchange.

Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
• Exchange Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item(s) to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@birdielight.org. 
• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or a full refund.
